great cost, unfortunately you get what you pay for. Due to mistakes that this “practice”made, we are paying for it now with another lawyer and our family has now been torn apart because of lack of knowledge by Elesh and Associates. Elesh washes their hands of our case claiming they have “lost” our file and dont know what was in it. (It is the law that they must keep the case for 5 years before disposing of it). Unfortunately we were still screwed because they do not have a malpractice insurance either. We were told we had an easy case, in the end , not so much. We are paying for it now more than ever. Our family has been torn apart from deportation because of their mistakes and as a result we are losing our house, going bankrupt and now mother and child are forced on public aid…even after working 2 jobs. In the end, we were told “Game Over” …NO NOT GAME OVER DREW we are going at it again, and this time we WILL win because we have a lawyer who knows what he is doing.
